Trust and Confidentiality

At London City Print, we understand the importance of the documents and information with which we are entrusted. The documents we handle and the deadlines we work towards have a severe impact on your success. Whereas some copy and print shops may regard your work as just a copy or a print, London City Print knows that you are entrusting us with your intellectual property. Your job may depend on getting a project done with the highest quality results.

London City Print wants you to know that you can be confident that the job you have been working on all night, all week, all month, or all year will be finished and delivered to the highest standard.

Actions Speak Louder than Words:

Our customers and their work cover a wide variety of industries. Whether the files come from accountants, bankers, consultants, barristers, solicitors, or any of the hundreds of other types of businesses we serve, we regard the security and confidentiality of those files as sacrosanct. To this end we have put several safeguards in place:

1. After a customer finishes using a computer at our store, an London City Print team member erases any remaining files and copies of the work from the computer. London City Print will not simply drag the files to the recycle bin, but will actually destroy the files so that they cannot be retrieved. This also applies to custom work that London City Print performs. We can, upon request, digitally store any file you may like for later retrieval and quicker processing. In such a case files will be stored separately in a secure off-network location
2. All customer documents before, during, and after reproduction will be kept out of view of any customers.
3. All London City Print staff have been trained and instructed as to the confidentiality of customer files. They have all signed a Security & Confidentiality of Customer Information Agreement stating that they will not read the documents that they are reproducing, nor divulge the content should it become known. London City Print trains staff members to scan for quality of print without needing to look at content
4. If London City Print is asked to do work involving content development, all staff members have pledged not to discuss the information with anyone other than those people whose assistance is necessary to complete the job. All such people involved will have signed and be bound by the same agreement.

Any spare sets, test sheets, or loose papers are shredded once they are no longer needed for the job.
